Another read this year. No particular order.
Future Babble by Dan Gardner.
Pretty fun evaluation on predictions. It is a little dated (2010) and focuses on the 2008 US crash. It also shares major predictions over the past 100 years. Yes, it covers Y2K.
The writing style is humorous which makes it more engaging too.
UNRELATED TO WRITING:
Started a music project @woke.band
Music has been an outlet for me as long as I can remember. I started learning to write and play back in 2014, mostly in the industrial, noise, and ambient genres.
It has shown up in the Seed Me novel score and the YEGman novel score, supporting my fascination with transmedia storytelling.
Now, the musical interest has taken a life of its own in a new direction. I'm stoked to start up the project @woke.band.
The first single coming out this month! Stay tuned.

Part III picks up from where we left off with Angie and Ruggy, discovering the Harvester crash site, in September:
Link in bio.
If you missed Part I or II, links can be found in the bio link.
After encountering a Harvester, Angie and Ruggy are wrapping up their scrapping mission. They question why the operator sent them here. Unfortunately, there’s no time to ponder. Harvesters aren’t far behind.
Scrappers Part III continues of a sci-fi horror universe that is being developed through short stories. Enjoy the story in written word, audio, artwork and soundscape.
